AdsGyani – WhatsApp API Services
This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) outlines the support standards, responsibilities, and service expectations between AdsGyani and its clients.
1. Scope of Services
AdsGyani provides:
WhatsApp Business API onboarding assistance
Automation & chatbot setup
E-commerce integrations
Payment gateway integrations
Template submission assistance
Technical consultation
This SLA applies only to services directly provided by AdsGyani.
2. Service Availability
Our services depend on third-party platforms including Meta (WhatsApp).
We aim to maintain high service availability; however:
API uptime is controlled by Meta.
Platform outages are beyond our control.
Scheduled maintenance may occur when necessary.
AdsGyani does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

4. Response Time Targets
General queries: Within 24 business hours
Technical issues: Within 24–48 business hours
Critical issues (service disruption): Priority handling
Note: Resolution time depends on the issue and third-party platform response.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate documentation
Maintain compliance with WhatsApp policies
Maintain message quality rating
Provide timely responses during onboarding
Delays caused by incomplete documentation are not AdsGyani’s responsibility.
6. Third-Party Dependencies
Our services rely on:
Meta (WhatsApp Business API)
Payment gateway providers
Hosting providers
Integration platforms
We are not responsible for:
Account bans
Template rejection
Policy changes
Server downtime
Platform restrictions
7. Suspension Policy
AdsGyani reserves the right to suspend services if:
The client violates WhatsApp policies
Spam complaints are received
Illegal or restricted content is detected
Payment is overdue
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Limitation of Liability
AdsGyani’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
We are not responsible for:
Business losses
Revenue loss
Indirect damages
Platform suspensions
9. Modifications to SLA
We may update this SLA at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
