AdsGyani is an independent service provider offering:
WhatsApp Business API onboarding assistance
Chatbot & automation setup
Shopify / WooCommerce integrations
Payment gateway integrations
Verified Blue Tick assistance
Technical consulting services
We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms Inc., WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.
All approvals are subject to Meta’s policies and discretion.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You are legally authorized to represent your business
The information you provide is accurate and complete
3. Nature of Services
AdsGyani provides technical support and setup assistance.
We do NOT:
Guarantee WhatsApp API approval
Guarantee Blue Tick verification
Guarantee template approvals
Guarantee account safety from Meta restrictions
Final decisions are made solely by Meta.
4. Payments & Pricing
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing may be one-time or yearly depending on the selected plan.
Payments are non-refundable once onboarding or technical work begins.
GST or applicable taxes may be charged in addition to listed prices.
Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments are final.
Once:
API onboarding starts
Account setup begins
Automation work is initiated
Access credentials are shared
No refund or partial refund will be issued.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Follow WhatsApp Business Policy
Maintain proper opt-in consent from customers
Avoid spam or unsolicited messaging
Avoid illegal, misleading, or restricted content
You are fully responsible for the messages sent using your WhatsApp API account.
7. Account Suspension
AdsGyani reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Policy violations are detected
Spam complaints occur
Payment is overdue
Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected
No refunds will be issued in case of suspension due to violations.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including:
Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram)
Shopify
WooCommerce
Payment gateways
Google Sheets
Webhooks
We are not responsible for:
Platform downtime
Policy changes
Account bans
Server outages
9. Limitation of Liability
AdsGyani shall not be liable for:
Business losses
Revenue loss
Customer data loss
Account suspension by Meta
Indirect or consequential damages
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for our services.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, and materials on adsgyani.in are owned by AdsGyani and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
11. Data & Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
