Due to the nature of digital services and instant provisioning of access, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. 1. No Refund Policy All payments made to AdsGyani are non-refundable. Once: WhatsApp API onboarding is initiated Account setup process has started Access credentials are shared Automation, chatbot, or integration work has begun Any digital service has been delivered No refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances. 2. Subscription & Annual Plans If you purchase a yearly or subscription-based service: The plan cannot be canceled mid-term for refund. No refund will be issued for unused months. Pricing once paid is locked for the purchased period only. 3. Service Activation Once onboarding and setup begins: Meta/WhatsApp approval timelines are subject to Meta’s review policies. Delays caused by incomplete documents or policy violations are not grounds for refund. Verified Blue Tick assistance does not guarantee approval, as final decision lies with Meta. 4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in: Immediate suspension of services. Permanent termination of account access. Legal action if required. We strongly encourage clients to contact us before raising any payment dispute. 5. Cancellation Policy You may request cancellation of future renewals by contacting us before the renewal date. However: Active services will remain valid until expiry. No refunds will be processed for already paid periods. 6.
