3. User Consent Requirement

Failure to maintain consent records may result in immediate suspension.

Avoid excessive promotional content
Follow approved template guidelines
Maintain healthy quality rating
If your WhatsApp number receives frequent blocks or reports:
AdsGyani reserves the right to suspend services.
5. API & Integration Usage
Users must not:
Reverse engineer our systems
Attempt unauthorized access
Abuse API limits
Use webhooks for malicious purposes
6. Suspension & Termination
AdsGyani reserves the right to:
Suspend services immediately
Terminate accounts without prior notice
Block access if policy violations occur
No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
7. Limitation of Responsibility
AdsGyani is not responsible for:
WhatsApp account bans
Template rejections
Business Manager restrictions
Meta compliance decisions
Final approval always depends on Meta Platforms.
